CrossFit Kanna’s October Member of the Month: Sasha E.

Sasha has been with us for well over a year now and we’ve watched him grow and accomplish things most people only imagine. He works hard each and every day, juggling being a dad to 3 kids, a career as a college professor, and diligent researcher, all while making time for self care and getting to the gym. He’s always supportive of the community and is a friendly face in the gym, always ready to learn something new and challenge himself. For all of those reasons and more, Sasha is our October Member of the Month – Congratulations!

How does one become Member of the Month? By embodying the Kanna values of Learning, Working Hard, and Having Fun. By contributing to the community and supporting others in and out of the workout. By being open to coaching and improving oneself for the sake of being better, not to “win” the workout. By just generally being a good person and having a positive attitude. And a lot more, but you get the idea!
