Join us on Saturday, May 20th at Ft. Washington State Park for our next Dog WOD! We’ll be donating a portion of proceeds to Home at Last Dog Rescue, a local all-age all-dog-breed dog rescue. Plus, we’ll have our very own member, Frank the Veterinarian, on hand! The workout is open to the public and can be scaled to any level, but you must REGISTER HERE
