A new year offers us an opportunity to start fresh and focus on getting better. There’s plenty of people looking to lose weight, but we advocate for doing it in a sustainable way. That’s what our Nutrition Kickstart is all about. Our licensed dietician will work with a small group of people to examine current habits around nutrition and try to create new, healthy habits.
Over these four weeks, you will learn more than just what a “macro” is and why drinking water is important. You’ll discover cues and habits that have kept you from feeling your best (probably for years!) and build new habits that will get you looking, feeling, and performing better than ever!
