People brush their teeth everyday to prevent decay. Yet, when it comes to general health, some people don’t *really* get the message to eat right and workout until they or a loved one have a heart attack, get diabetes, or some other major issue. Even then, there are plenty who don’t do anything about it and resort to prescribed medications with various side effects for the rest of their lives.
We believe you can have more control over your life. That if you can take about 3-5 hours a week to workout, you can actually prevent many ailments that so many people succumb to, just like brushing your teeth prevents major dental surgery.
