Kyle first met us back in 2022 at a local Ambler street fair called Pike Fest. He had been going to another local gym and was looking to change things up, so he dove right in starting with our Base Camp onboarding. Ever since then, Kyle has been one of the hardest working, coachable, and friendly guys you’ll meet. He has put himself out there with doing local competitions, including some Strongman-specific ones. More importantly, he’s always the first to introduce himself to new Kanna members and he truly embodies our values of Learning, Working Hard, and Having Fun. For all of those reasons and more, Kyle is our December Member of the Month – Congratulations!

keeping up with my kids and just being generally capable as a human

the people. all the coaches and members. seeing progress is nice too

Hiking and camping, strongman competition

ill try nearly any food twice even if I hated it the first time
What PRs or accomplishments (fitness-related) are you most proud of?
405# deadlift, 95# circus dumbell lift and a 485# yolk carry

travel to as many national parks as possible

How does one become Member of the Month? By embodying the Kanna ideals of Learning, Working Hard, and Having Fun. By contributing to the community and supporting others in and out of the workout. By being open to coaching and improving oneself for the sake of being better, not to “win” the workout. By just generally being a good person and having a positive attitude. And a lot more, but you get the idea!
