Drop in at Kanna Fitness
At Kanna Fitness, we love getting visitors. We believe new people bring new energy to our space. Whether you’re dropping in for a single session or are sticking around for a couple of days, you’re more than welcome at our gym.
If you’re dropping in, you should be able to demonstrate movements such as hang power cleans, hang power snatches, and know what AMRAP, EMOM, and other functional fitness terms are. Ideally, you’ve spent 6+ months at a CrossFit affiliate or similar functional fitness space.
Note: We cap classes, so a reservations are required!
