It’s with great pleasure to introduce our two newest staff members: Stephanie and Kathleen!
Coach Stephanie joins us after coaching in the functional fitness space for 10 years. Coach Chris led her through some of her first workouts back in 2010 and then Stephanie realized she loved helping people with their own fitness journeys so she worked all the way up to her CrossFit Level 3 certification. Her specialities include coaching kids, teens, weightlifting, powerlifting, but also runs a killer adults class as well!
Kathleen is a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist. She works with clients looking to support their body as they get into better shape, lose weight, recover from an injury, or are just looking to support overall health. In working with our members or outside clients, she can provide resources such as meal plans, recipes, and of course accountability to stay on track with your goals!
