KANNA YOUTH PROGRAMS

At Kanna Fitness our slogan is “Fit for Life.” Our Youth program is where that journey begins!

Kanna Youth Fitness Classes & Programs lay the foundation for lifelong health & wellness, athletics, and enjoying exercise for youth ages 3 and up.

Our coaches introduce, reinforce, and develop functional movement patterns and exercises through curriculum and instruction based on the mental and physical development of each age group.

We prioritize safety & good technique while keeping the emphasis on Fun!

As long as there are spots available there’s no need to wait for the next session. Drop into a single class ($25) or register for the remaining classes in the current session.

PRESCHOOL (3-6 years)

Preschool classes are designed for ages 3-6 yrs. The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises. This is done exclusively through fun and games. All exercises are unloaded for this age group.

**Due to COVID precautions, all non-vaccinated youth members must wear masks while at the gym**

Winter II Session:

Saturday at 11:15 am (30 min classes)
February 5th- March 12th (6 Weeks)

$119 1x week,$25 single class

KIDS (1ST – 6th grade)

Kids classes are designed for elementary-aged children (1st-6th). The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises and applying them in a workout. This is done through age-appropriate instruction, fun, and games. Lightly loaded exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls are used introduced to this age group.

Winter II Session:

Saturday at 9:00 am (45 min class)
February 5th- March 12th (6 weeks)

Tuesday at 6:00 pm (45 min class) 
February 8th- March 15th (6 weeks)

$119 for 1x week, $229 for 2x week, $25 single class

TEENS (7th – 12th grade)

Teen classes are designed for Middle School & High School aged youth (7th-12th). The emphasis in these classes is further developing functional movement techniques as well as introducing the adult class structure. Although fun is still paramount, our young adult athletes are ready to bring more intensity to their workouts. Barbell exercises and strength training are introduced to this age group.

Winter II Session:

Tuesday at 4:45 pm (60 min class)
January 18th-March 22nd (10 weeks)

Thursday at 4:45 pm (60 min class)
January 20th- March 24th (10 weeks)

$229 for 1x week, $419 for 2x week, $25 single class

YOUTH STRENGTH (6th – 12th grade)

Youth Strength Class is designed for Middle School & High School Students to learn proper lifting techniques and use strength training to supplement sports and fitness. Each participant will have exercises tailored toward their unique goals.

Winter II Session:

Mondays 4:45 pm (60 min class)
January 24th- March 8th (8 weeks)

$199 Session (15% off with Teen or Kids Class Registration)

SPECIAL EVENTS

Winter Big & Little Partner Class

Saturday, January 29th at 11:15 am

Adults/Teens find your favorite little friend (ages 5 & up) for a fun class designed for partners of all ages to do together!

No experience necessary.

$25 per pair

KANNA FOR ALL

We believe in what we do and how it changes lives and hope to make it accessible to as many local families as possible. That is why in 2022 we will be developing a non-profit;  “Kanna for All,” or “KFA,” for short.  Through KFA, local youth will be able to join our fitness community regardless of socioeconomic status or other barriers. Our vision is to bring fitness to those who are currently underserved and underrepresented in functional fitness gyms.
