Kale Chips are an incredibly easy, delicious, and nutritious snack! Try this recipe before knocking them:
What you’ll need:
– 1 Bunch Kale
– 1 TBSP Olive Oil
– Sea Salt to taste
– Garlic Powder to taste
How to:
1. Preheat an oven to 350°
2. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner or paper towel.
3. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
4. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, about 10 to 15 minutes!
5. Enjoy!
