5 Tips to Help You Find Motivation When You’re Feeling Stuck

We’ve all been there before. You’re feeling stuck in a rut, unmotivated, and like you’ll never be able to get out of this funk. Trust us, we know the feeling. But the good news is that it is possible to find motivation again. It might take some time and effort, but it will be worth it in the end. Here are five tips to help you get started:

Tip 1: Define your goals.
When you’re feeling lost, it can be helpful to sit down and define your goals. What do you want to achieve? Why is it important to you? What steps do you need to take to get there? Once you have a CLEAR definition of your goals, i.e. a certain percentage of body fat, it will be easier to find the motivation to achieve them.

Tip 2: Make a plan.
A goal without a plan is just a dream. So once you’ve defined your goals, it’s time to make a plan of action. Break down your goals into small, manageable steps that you can complete on a daily or weekly basis. And don’t forget to schedule time for rest and relaxation! Trying to do too much at once will only lead to burnout.

Tip 3: Find your why.
It’s important to remember why you’re doing something, especially when you’re feeling unmotivated. Why are you working towards this goal? What will achieving this goal mean for you and your life? Do you want to keep playing with your kids/grandkids as you get older? Do you want to be able to sit up out of a chair without putting your hands on your knees? Keeping your why in mind will help you push through when times get tough.

You’re more likely to achieve your goals if you set yourself up for success from the start. This means creating a positive environment for yourself, both physically and mentally. Declutter your space, surround yourself with positive people and eliminate anything that might sabotage your efforts.
