4 sports number growing up , 26 day Griffy was born
What CF movements do you like?
Deadlift- love being able to lift heavier and heavier overhead squats because love that it is a little challenging and kettlebell swings.
What CF movements do you dislike?
Wallballs because well they are wallballs
What sports or fitness things did you do before CF?
Road/mt bike , weights, hiking
How did you find Kanna? What was your first workout?
Online. Haha I think memorial day wod
What’s your favorite thing about Kanna?
Not only is it a gym but also a family environment full of people with similar lifestyles and interests. A fantastic community
What are your hobbies?
Hiking , travel, landscape photography
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I’m a dual citizen us/uk
What PRs or accomplishments are you most proud of?
Any progress whether it be more weight or better at movements
What’s on your Fitness bucket list?
It’s always been a goal of mine to hike at every national park. Also, ride a full stage of the tour de France.
What’s on your general bucket list?
Want to do a photography workshop in Africa. Travel everywhere and when Griffy gets older would love to work for a Healthcare agency like doctors without borders. Helping those impacted by disasters or pandemics or without access to Healthcare.
What advice do you have for new (or experienced!) CrossFitters?
Give it a shot! Make new friends, try your hardest, and have fun.

How does one become Member of the Month? By embodying the Kanna ideals of Learning, Working Hard, and Having Fun. By contributing to the community and supporting others in and out of the workout.
